1. Organizer

This raffle (“Promotion”) is organized and administered by WarmBody, an international apparel company specializing in heated clothing and accessories. WarmBody operates and manages this promotion worldwide, but participation is limited to U.S. residents. Customer support is available through the contact section of the official WarmBody website.

2. Eligibility

This raffle is open only to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, contractors, and immediate family members of WarmBody are not eligible to enter or win. This promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. How to Enter

To enter, individuals must subscribe to the official WarmBody email list using the signup form found on the WarmBody website. Each confirmed email address, verified through the confirmation email process, counts as one valid entry.

No purchase, payment, or proof of purchase is required to participate. Automated or fraudulent entries are not permitted and will be void.

4. Promotion Period

The raffle begins once publicly announced and will close automatically when the WarmBody email subscriber list reaches ten thousand confirmed subscribers. No entries will be accepted after that point.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

After the subscriber list reaches ten thousand confirmed subscribers, WarmBody will randomly select one winner from all eligible entries within seven business days.

The selected winner will be notified via the email address used to subscribe. If the winner does not respond within seven days, WarmBody may select another winner.

6. Prize

The winner will receive one WarmBody product of their choice, shipped free of charge within the United States. The prize value will not exceed the retail price of the most expensive product offered by WarmBody at the time of the draw.

The prize may not be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash. If the selected product is not available, WarmBody may substitute another item of equal or greater value.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received when the raffle ends.

By entering this raffle, all participants agree to comply with these official rules and accept the decisions made by WarmBody as final.

WarmBody reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the raffle if technical problems, fraud, or external issues affect its fairness or integrity.

WarmBody is not responsible for any lost or misdirected entries, technical failures, email delivery issues, or any injury or damage resulting from participation or prize use.

9. Publicity

By accepting the prize, the winner grants WarmBody permission to use their first name, last initial, and state of residence for promotional or marketing purposes such as announcing the winner publicly, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
