How do they power up?
The pants connect via a built-in USB lead and require a 5V power bank to operate. When adding to cart, you’ll see an option to include a compatible power bank if you don’t already have one. Most 5V USB models will work, though a 10,000mAh power bank is recommended for reliable, all-day warmth.
Where does the power bank go?
A low-profile pocket at the hip keeps the power bank flat and secure under outer layers. A short, routed cable keeps everything neat and out of the way while you move, bend, or sit.
How long does the heat last?
The ThermoSphere heating system warms up within seconds and offers three adjustable levels via a single control button:
- Low (white): ~25°C / 77°F — up to 10 hours
- Medium (blue): ~35°C / 95°F — around 7–8 hours
- High (red): ~45°C / 113°F — around 5–6 hours
Runtime depends on your power bank capacity and outdoor conditions.
Where are the heating zones?
ThermoSphere panels target the upper thighs, waist, seat, and calves for even, natural warmth. The heat distribution prevents hot spots and maintains full flexibility and freedom of movement.
How do I wash them?
Unplug and remove the power bank, close all fastenings, and place the pants in a laundry bag. Wash on a gentle cold cycle and air-dry only. Avoid bleach, ironing, or dry cleaning to protect the internal wiring and heating elements.
