How do they power up?
Each piece includes its own USB connection and operates independently. For all-day warmth, we recommend using two 10,000mAh power banks — one for the top and one for the pants. When adding to cart, you’ll have the option to include a convenient twin pack.
Where do the power banks go?
The top features an internal pocket near the hem, while the pants have a slim pocket at the waistband. Both use short, routed cables to keep everything secure and discreet while you move.
How long does the heat last?
The ThermoSphere heating system activates within 30 seconds and offers three adjustable heat levels at the touch of a button:
- Low (white): ~25°C / 77°F — up to 10 hours
- Medium (blue): ~35°C / 95°F — around 7–8 hours
- High (red): ~45°C / 113°F — around 5–6 hours
Runtime varies based on power bank capacity and outdoor temperature.
Where are the heating zones?
The set includes 28 ThermoSphere panels across the chest, back, arms, thighs, and knees for balanced, gentle warmth. Both top and pants connect to separate power banks and can be controlled independently.
Can I use any power bank?
The set is compatible with most 5V/2A USB power banks. For best performance and consistent heat, use high-quality banks with stable output. Lower-grade options may reduce runtime or cut out during use.
How do I wash it?
Unplug and remove the power banks, zip up both pieces, and place them in a laundry bag. Wash on a gentle cold cycle and air-dry only. Avoid bleach, ironing, or dry cleaning to protect the heating elements.
