How does it power up?
The top connects via its built-in USB cable and requires a 5V power bank to operate. When purchasing, you’ll be prompted to add a compatible power bank if you don’t already have one. Most 5V USB banks will work, though a 10,000mAh model is recommended for consistent, all-day performance.
Where does the power bank go?
An internal pocket near the hem holds the power bank securely in place. A short, routed cable keeps everything tidy and out of the way as you move.
How long does the heat last?
The ThermoSphere heating system warms up in about 30 seconds and offers three adjustable heat levels at the press of a button:
- Low (white light): ~25°C / 77°F — up to 10 hours
- Medium (blue light): ~35°C / 95°F — around 7–8 hours
- High (red light): ~45°C / 113°F — around 5–6 hours
Actual runtime varies with power bank capacity and ambient temperature.
Where are the heating panels?
There are 16 heating elements positioned across the core, upper and lower back, and arms for balanced, gentle warmth where it’s needed most.
How do I wash it?
Unplug and remove the power bank, zip up the garment, and place it in a laundry bag. Wash on a gentle cold cycle and air-dry only. Avoid bleach, ironing, or dry cleaning to preserve the heating elements.
