How do I find the right size?
The Heated Insoles come in one size with trim lines for custom sizing. They fit approximately US 4–13 / EU 35–46. Use your current insole as a guide, trimming only at the toe area along the printed lines. Do not cut beyond the final guide or into the wiring.
Do they come with a power bank?
No, a power bank isn’t included. The insoles connect to any standard 5V USB power bank using the supplied cable. For best performance, use a 10,000mAh power bank for reliable all-day warmth. The cable can be routed up your ankle and into a pocket, or the power bank can be clipped to your boot or shoe strap.
How hot do they get?
The carbon-fibre heating elements warm up within about a minute, reaching roughly 50–55°C (122–131°F) at the element surface. The heat you feel inside your footwear is slightly lower and depends on factors like sock thickness, insulation, and outdoor temperature — designed to keep your feet cosy, not sweaty.
How long does the heat last?
Runtime varies depending on your power bank capacity and heat setting. As a guide, a high-quality 10,000mAh bank typically delivers around 10 hours of gentle warmth. Colder conditions or frequent on/off cycles may reduce runtime. For longer outings, carry a spare bank or recharge between uses.
Are they safe?
Yes. The insoles operate on low-voltage (5V) USB power and include built-in safety protection. The outer body is water-resistant for everyday use, but avoid soaking or submerging them. Always disconnect the power bank before removing your shoes or cleaning.
How do I clean them?
