How warm it gets?
The advanced ThermoSphere heating system targets the back of the neck, generating soothing warmth within 60 seconds and maintaining a consistent temperature of approximately 35°C (95°F) for lasting comfort without overheating.
Does it come with a power bank?
The scarf operates on standard 5V/2A USB power. For best results, we recommend a 10,000mAh power bank (sold separately), which fits neatly into the integrated pocket and provides reliable all-day performance.
Can I wash it?
For care, simply remove the power bank and cable before cleaning. Hand-wash or machine-wash on a gentle cold cycle, then air-dry only. Avoid tumble drying, bleach, or ironing to preserve the integrity of the heating system.
